Title: Temporary Marketing Assistant
Rate: £10.00 per hour
Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant for its European Operations to join their team.
Reporting to the European Marketing Manager you are responsible for managing and delivering on the following areas:
- Budget tracking using Excel spreadsheets
- Liaising with partners and suppliers
- Assisting the Marketing Executive with all aspects of trade shows and events including logistics, collateral and travel arrangements
- Processing leads and entering them into the companies system along with generating weekly reports on lead activities
- Maintaining the database by regular cleansing
- Assisting to maintain and update the company's online presence on external websites
- Maintenance of press clippings
- Ensuring sufficient quantities of up-to-date marketing collateral are available
- Create HTML versions of press releases for the website
To be suitable for this position you will have recent experience in a Marketing Assistant or Administration role, ideally from a Software background. Although it is not essential the CIM certificate would be preferred.
You will be a excellent communicator who has a good working knowledge of a CRM tool, ideally Salesforce and Marketo (or similar tools) with strong planning, efficient budget management and co-ordination skills.
