Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a fresh and exciting opportunity? If so then we would love to hear from you!
Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for a number of contracts in the SW Region. The candidate will be responsible for all the day to day commercial aspects of their designated contracts including;
- Managing the subcontract supply chain including; raising orders, processing payments, agreeing prices and cost models
- Checking day to day cost allocation and site spending
- Monitoring technician costs including; fuel spend, materials spend, productivity
- Monthly production of client reports and attendance at client meetings on a regular basis
Experience in responsive maintenance is essential along with excellent IT skills including; Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MAXcel and Coins+ would be an advantage although full training will be given.
