We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and motivated Marketing Services Manager to join a well established company based in Crawley.

As a Marketing Services Manager you will be responsible for raising the profile of the company's brand in line with the marketing budget and sales plan by managing and coordinating the activities of the marketing team. You will be the business expert, developing the portfolio via a strategic and integrated marketing plan to achieve sales and profit budget requirements.

Some of you other duties will include:

• Acting as a project lead on all new product development projects, working closely with the product development team


• Managing market analysis and industry research and it's effective communication and integration with the business


• Managing cost effective suppliers for print, PR and other external services within budget


• Managing and developing a marketing database for effective CRM campaigns


• Ensuring that all communication is consistent with brand guidelines

You will have creative design and copywriting skills combined with an understanding of the key elements of Marketing communication, advertising media, direct marketing, sales promotion and PR. Experience of business to business marketing is essential as is the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally. You will ideally have a professional qualification relating to marketing (i.e. CIM), however this is not essential, but please note that candidates with a qualification will be considered first.
