Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Call Centre Manager to join their busy call centre.
Your duties will include:
Oversee the motivation of the Customer Service Centre, manage performance to achieve consistently high, and always improving, customer service.
Oversee the co-ordination and management of team activities within the call centre
To oversee the coaching and training of Team Leaders, team members to take responsibility for their ongoing development.
Manage and consistently drive a high performing culture.
It is essential that you have proven management experience within a call centre environment
